Why Choose Maximum Planning?
Established in 2020, Maximum Planning is a Professional Environmental & Urban Planning Consultancy based in Christchurch, Canterbury with projects all across New Zealand. We travel anywhere our clients need us. We've helped our clients on over 500 projects. We have a vast amount of experience tackling a wide variety of Rural, Residential, Industrial and Commercial land development projects. These include multi-residential unit complexes or townhouse developments, standalone bespoke dwellings, Churches, Bridges, Superlot Subdivisions, Stormwater Basins, Boundary Adjustments, Planning Submissions, Medical Centers, Storage Facilities, Digital Billboards/Signage, Restaurants, Vehicle Dealerships. No project is too big or small for us to tackle, we love a challenge!
We pride ourselves in our fast, affordable, reliable and expert planning services. How are we different to other consultancies you might ask?
Fast: We aim to provide fast same-day-planning advice, and a 24hr turnaround time on Resource Consent Applications (once all information has been provided). Bigger consultancies may take weeks or months to achieve an outcome, whereas we can achieve the same outcome in a fraction of the time.
Affordable: You'll see from our list of our services below that our rates are significantly less than other consultancies as we don't believe in charging an arm and a leg like bigger consultancies do. We are also a smaller team, so there less overheads and no additional people clipping the ticket, which means we can charge less. We actively seek to make sure we save you as our client as much time and money on your project as possible, if we see an unnecessary cost we will avoid it. This means more profit in your bank account for your next development.
Reliable and Expert Planning Services: Just because we are fast and reliable, doesn't mean we skimp on quality. You'll still get tailored one on one expert planning advice from our skilled team, just at a fraction of cost and the time of a bigger consultancy.
